SINCROFARM is a company founded in 1990 that provides Manufacturing and Packaging Services to Third Parties of Medicines and Food Supplements for both Human and Veterinary. We have the latest technology machinery and a total of 7,200 sqm of surface area, distributed in two warehouses, one for the manufacture of Medicines and the other for Nutraceuticals.

We are constantly reinventing ourselves, adapting to the needs of our customers. We have the capacity to carry out from medium and small productions with a practical, versatile and agile mechanization to large-scale manufacturing.

Our technical manufacturing conditions and SOPs allow us to rigorously comply with both the GMPs Certifications for Pharmaceutical Products (NCF) and Food Supplements/Nutraceuticals. In addition, in the latter we have ISO 22.000 Food Safety and Quality Management System certifications, FSSC:22000 certification and FDA registration.

We make our customers’ projects a reality by developing and manufacturing innovative, responsible and affordable products that improve people’s lives.

Our staff is the driving force of the company. We are a multidisciplinary team that works in a coordinated way so that our links are reflected in the rigor, competitiveness and excellence of our results.

We do not have our own formulas or products, guaranteeing the total confidentiality of the formulas manufactured. This is our difference and our values.

SINCROFARM is a laboratory established in 1990, dedicated to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products for third parties, with the following fundamental mission:

“To bring our clients’ projects to life by developing and manufacturing pharmaceutical products and food supplements in solid and liquid forms (powders, tablets, capsules, gels, and syrups) and their packaging in jars, blister packs, sachets, doypacks, and sticks.”

“To be a European reference laboratory in contract manufacturing of pharmaceutical products and food supplements, providing more than 35 years of experience and a highly skilled team, supported by the core principles of Flexibility, Transparency, Quality, and customized service.”

The organization’s Management leads a Food Culture plan supported by a Quality and Food Safety Management model based on current GMP and FSSC 22000 regulations.

Therefore, SINCROFARM’s policy is oriented towards achieving the following general objectives:

  • Achieve ISO 14001 certification by adopting the necessary measures for environmental protection, implementing good environmental practices within the company, and ensuring effective waste management.
  • Optimize production processes to reduce food loss and waste.
  • Promote a Food Safety culture by ensuring training, competence, and professional attitude of employees through training programs and environmental awareness and quality initiatives.
  • Provide products that meet the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders by ensuring the quality of supplied products, complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and with mutual agreements with clients.
  • Foster and maintain a flow of information and communication internally among the different areas or hierarchical levels involved in production and service delivery, and adequately address communication established or requested by clients and other stakeholders (including complaints and suggestions) to continuously improve the quality of products and services provided.
  • Provide the means to implement and promote a Cybersecurity plan so that the company is protected against possible cyberattacks that would impede its full operation and result in the loss of critical information.
  • As part of our commitment to clients, Sincrofarm S.L. provides the market with products that comply with the specific laws of the Muslim Community and meet the HALAL Guarantee Mark. We follow the requirements established by the HALAL Certification Entity in its condition specifications, resulting in products certified as HALAL according to the following standards: UAE.S/GSO 2055-1-2015: General requirements for Halal food; MS.1500:2009(REv.2) Halal Foods and HAS23000:2011 Halal Assurance System.

This Policy must be known and applied by all personnel within the company and is therefore made available to all staff and other stakeholders.
