LOOKING BACK WITH GRATITUDE: 2025 AT SINCROFARM AND THE MOMENTUM TOWARDS 2026

2025 has been a year of growth, learning, and reaffirmation for Sincrofarm. We have made steady progress, not impulsively, but firmly, toward our goal of becoming a leading CDMO. We have not only met new challenges but also strengthened the foundations that sustain us: the trust of our team and our clients. In this review, we want to share with you the highlights of this year and outline what we are already building for 2026.

 

International visibility: consolidating our goal of becoming a leading CDMO

2025 has been a vibrant year for both sales and branding. Our participation in Vitafoods Europe, celebrated with energy and ambition, was one of the highlights. That event allowed us to connect with international clients who share our vision, but, in addition, this year, several client inquiries have led to concrete collaborations, and most importantly: our already established relationships have been strengthened.

This growth is not only quantitative but also qualitative: each new project makes us more comprehensive, and each returning client reminds us that they chose a technical partner, not merely a supplier.

At Sincrofarm, we don’t just manufacture for the sake of manufacturing: we support our clients from the initial concept to production, quality control, and delivery. This close collaboration, this holistic approach, is what sets us apart.

 

Technology and strategic investments: laying the groundwork for the future

This year we have continued to advance our investment in machinery and infrastructure, modernizing production lines and adapting spaces to be more efficient and flexible. Thanks to this technological commitment, we can respond to more complex projects, new pharmaceutical formats, and more demanding needs.

 

Digitalization and continuous improvement: the heart of transformation

One of the most significant achievements in 2025 has been the real boost to our digital transformation process. Thanks to the internal Pocoyo project, we have moved towards fully digital manufacturing guides. These guides not only allow for more precise and secure traceability, but also transform the way we work: less paper, more efficiency, fewer errors.

At the same time, we have already seen the first results of the Kaizen project to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Every day, in every area—from production to quality—we analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement them. This approach is not only technological, but also human: it stems from the involvement of the entire team, which continually proposes optimizations. This Kaizen philosophy perfectly aligns with our vision: we don’t seek one-off transformations, but rather sustained and continuous improvement.

By combining Pocoyo and Kaizen, we are building a smarter, more agile, and connected plant, all while maintaining operational excellence.

Quality is always the foundation of everything we do. Once again, we have successfully renewed all our most important certifications: GMP, FSSC 22000, FDA, and other key certifications that underpin our business model.
